If the guide is not what you hoped, for any reason, request a refund from your order page in your Whop account within 30 days of purchase. Requests under this guarantee are honored, and the full amount is returned to your original payment method, typically within two business days of the request. You do not need to explain, fill out a form, or send anything back. One request per customer.

Duplicate and unauthorized charges

If you were charged twice for the same order, tell us and we will refund the duplicate in full. If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We would rather resolve it directly and quickly.
