By buying How to Pay Less at Hotels you agree to what is on this page. Please read it before you order.
What you are buying
A digital guide, delivered as a PDF file by email. There is no printed copy, no subscription, and nothing further to pay. You pay once and the file is yours to keep.
What you may do with it
Read it, keep it on your own devices, print a copy for yourself, and use everything in it on your own trips, as often as you like, for as long as you like.
What you may not do with it
- Resell it, share it publicly, or upload it anywhere others can download it.
- Republish its text or tables as your own, in whole or in part.
- Use it to build a competing product.
The guide, its text, tables and design remain the property of the author. You are buying a personal license to use it, not ownership of it.
What this guide is, and is not
It is general travel guidance, written for an adult who books their own hotels. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and it does not create a professional relationship of any kind between us.
Hotel prices, fees, brand policies, loyalty program rules and consumer laws change, sometimes without notice. Everything here reflects the position at the time of publication, and every figure is described as typical, not promised. Where a dispute involves a significant sum, speak to a qualified professional.
No guarantee of a result
What you save depends on where you travel, when you book, which brand you use, and what the person in front of you decides on the day. Nothing in this guide guarantees a discount, an upgrade, a refund, or any particular outcome, and no result described in it should be read as a promise of the same result for you.
Delivery, refunds and payment
Delivery is by email within minutes of payment. Refunds are covered in full on the Refund Policy page, which forms part of these terms. Payment is taken by a third-party payment provider under its own terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the guide. We are not liable for any indirect loss, including a booking you made or did not make, a fee that was not removed, or a claim that was not paid. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.
